Sledding is such a great thing...

Better get the kids out while there is still snow. They say we might hit 50 by the end of the week. The end of our White Christmas is near. 3 kids out to the sledding hill with Dad, leaves Mom a chance to post a quick blog and get off to work. Much to do today, so will try to post again later!

Batteries Not included~ 12/26/04
It' s the day after Christmas and all through the house, we already run out of juice. Good thing for rechargeable batteries. With 4 kids at home, all most all their toys require battery power. What ever happened to simple toys! All these things, blink, talk,walk, etc. Now even our Thomas Trains have taken on a new lead engine. Brio has made a battery powered Polar Express engine to entrall the kiddos and use more power! Our older kiddos, are caught up in their Star Wars Trilogy toys. They have the Lights and Sound Millenium Falcon and it too me a few minutes just to find the battery compartment on that one. More later!

Back to school at last!


Wouldn't you know that the kids go back to school and NOW we are expecting our 1st real snow of the winter? They had be itchin' for 2 weeks to go sledding, etc. I hope that the predictions for 10" are a bit exaggerated, as I doubt any of us parents are ready for a Snow Day yet.

Observations from my Pre-schooler:

My 4 year old asks such cute questions. Out if the blue the other day, he inquired:

Mommy, do Ants have tales?
I answered,
No, they don't.
Then one of the other kids said:

Why are you talking about that?
My 4 year old replied:

I just want to talk about bugs!

Mood:  happy
